Penelope, the owner, is an exceptionnally lovely person: she makes whatever you need to make your stay look great. She owns a little store where you can buy food, drinks, souvenirs, etc and store them in your fridge.
The owner Poppy is a lovely lady who looks after her guests very well and always stops to have a chat. We are looking forward to visiting here again.
